Product Co-ordinator - Travel - Posted: 11-5-2007

This is a diverse role as part of a dynamic travel company specializing in travel to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Tahiti and Asia, as part of the Product Development team.

Some of your responsibilities include: assisting with all aspects of brochure production; liaising with suppliers and proof reading. Point of contact for other departments on product related issues, producing statistical information and carrying out a variety of other key administrative tasks in the department. Also, help to prepare and deliver product training for staff.

The perfect candidate must be extremely detail oriented, proficient in MS Office – especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, able to work on multiple tasks at the same time and will have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience in the travel industry, and knowledge of South Pacific destinations is desirable. MUST have a great work ethic, able to work independently on projects and also as part of a team, self-motivated and experienced in working to deadlines.
